Kathrin Romany Beckinsale was born on the 26th of July 1973. [1][2][3] She is an English actress, model and singer. Following a couple of small TV roles, her first film appearance was Much Ado About Nothing (1993) while she was a student at the University of Oxford. Alongside numerous stage and radio productions, she was a part of British costume dramas such as Cold Comfort Farm (1995), Emma (1996), and Shooting Fish (1997). Beckinsale began film work in the United States in the late 1990s. After appearing in small-scale dramas The Last Days of Disco (1998) and Brokedown Palace (1999), she was a part of the war drama Pearl Harbor (2001), the romantic comedy Serendipity (2001) and Tiptoes (2003). After her leading roles in The Aviator (2004), Click (2006) as well as Click (2006), she was also a prominent actor. These films made Beckinsale a leading actor in Hollywood. Also, she appeared in the films Click (2006) and The Aviator (2004). In addition, she has appeared in smaller dramatic films like Snow Angels (2007) and Nothing but the Truth (2008). In the first two films, she received favorable reviews. In 2016, she received high praise for her performance in the period comedy film Love & Friendship, for which she was nominated for the Critics Choice Movie Award for Best Actress in a Comedy. Jolt (2021) was her second film. She also starred in two television projects with The Widow (2019) and Guilty Party (2021).
